These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prsr, a Chrome extension and associated API service ("Service") operated by Prsr ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using Prsr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Prsr is an AI-powered tool that analyzes and rewrites Amazon and Etsy product listings. It scrapes listing data from your active browser tab, sends it to our API, and returns scores, identified issues, and optimized copy generated by Anthropic's Claude AI.
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused scans. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@prsr.io within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.

Prsr and its underlying technology, prompts, and scoring models are owned by us. You retain full ownership of the listing content you submit and the optimized copy returned to you. We claim no rights over your product data or generated output.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated copy will improve your sales rankings, conversion rates, or listing performance. Results will vary.
We are not affiliated with Amazon, Etsy, or Anthropic. Use of AI-generated content on those platforms is subject to their respective policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
